Brothers and sisters it’s time to say a prayer for one and another. Say a prayer for a Christian family member, friend, co-worker, teacher, or student. Pray for our leaders in Washington or around the globe. Pray for our pastors and fellow church leaders.

A common misconception when praying is to focus on everything that is not Christian. “I need to pray for this man or this particular issue,” is always worthy and has its importance but we also need to prayer for Christian brothers and sisters out there.

We all are blessed and worthy from God. We should rejoice and celebrate that fact! But we should also remember that the life of a Christian is tough. We all go through difficult journeys and travel down rough patches that bump and bruise us. But we keep charging, one step after another, because we know our final reward.

Take a moment today and everyday to pray for all the Christians you know. Thank the Lord that they know a God that is so loving and supportive. Thank the Lord that they are not taking the short cut or the road of immediate results. Thank God that fellow Christians like you are taking the long route filled with trials, temptations, and struggles.

Prayer for our fellow Christian brothers and sisters is vital. We need to thank the good Lord that these fellow brothers and sisters have entered our life through divine appointments that have helped shape and mold the person that we are today.

We especially need to pray for Christians when they face those difficult circumstances of temptation. We need to pray that they remain strong and turn to the Lord always. He’s first and foremost, our Lord and Savior, King of Kings, Lord of Lords.

Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord God almighty, who was and is to come!

Revelation makes that statement about our God. Keep in mind that he was and is to come. His work on this earth is not finished yet. He’s not finished with us either.

Keep in mind that just because we are Christians and received life through death does not make us immortal nor does it make us complete. Never settle for satisfaction my friends.

Prayer for Christians involves a prayer asking for a constant will and desire to strive and become an even better Christian.

Fellow Christians may relate and fellowship with each other because they hold a special bond those non-believers can not comprehend. Fellowship and pray with like-minded Christians who know and love the same God you do. Pray with each other that you may never become satisfied with God. Pray that you’ll never assume you’re right with Jesus and never need to do any dirty work.

Prayer for Christian brothers and sisters includes a prayer that requests every individual hears his or her specific calling and follows after it. Pray that we all may become true servants and followers of Jesus.

We can only pray so much for our own good will. In fact it’s hard when you are praying to focus on your own personal issues because you feel like you are selfish and full of pride. That is why we need fellow Christians to pray for us and our troubles.

Open up with your closet brothers and sisters and inform them about what is bothering you or what you are struggling with. If you are new to the church or have been away for awhile, fear not! God has amazing plans set aside for you. He wants to work through you. Open up with fellow Christians and ask for prayer in particular areas.

Pray that the Devil will not penetrate your soul. He’s not welcomed nor will you follow his temptations or hidden motives. The Devil does not serve your best self-interests. He’s a greedy and manipulative evil force that only wants you for his own self-worth. Ask if God wants prayer for Christian brothers or sisters who are currently struggling with temptations the Devil is throwing at them.

Pray the good prayer my friends. Never lose faith or hope! You serve an awesome God that wants to bless and work miracles through you. Understand that the best has yet to come. God only desires to take you higher.
